Made from a variety of volcanic rocks, this mine-rally rich grit contains 70+ minerals and trace elements making it the ideal feeding additive for raising healthy worms.
By adding it to your worm chow, this grit blend passes through the worm's digestive system resulting in the best worm waste (castings) for healthy plants as well.
Our Nutrition Blend
Ingredients
1. Alfalfa Meal
Has essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins A, C and K. It also has minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium.
2. Crab shell powder
Crab shells provide essential nutrients like phosphorus, chitin, vitamins (such as B vitamins) and minerals (like zinc and copper).
3. Cottonseed Meal
It adds fats and fiber. It also adds carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
4. Kelp
Kelp is rich in minerals, vitamins and trace elements, which can enhance the health and productivity of worm populations in composting systems.
5. Oyster shell
Which is beneficial for worms as it provides calcium, which helps with the worms digestion and overall health. It also helps maintain a neutral ph level in your worm bin.
